1) Expensive internet 2) No shops to buy cheap water or snacks.
This hotel has an excellent location, very close to Campo Pequeno, and several cafes and shops nearby. The metro station and train station is also very close. Nice rooms, enough space, and very clean. I will definetely return to this hotel.
It was the second time i have stayed at your hotel. the first time with my wife and this time with my son.The hotel is ideally located for shopping, transportation, restaurants, sightseeing, and manu other things. I will recommend your hotel to all of my friends, family, and aquaintances coming to lisbon.I hope to be back again.
Hotel is clean and comfortable.
Breakfast uninspiring. Would be nice with a kettle in the room for tea and coffee making. Quite a distance to central Lisbon sights.
small rooms, no wireless internet in rooms, very very very small bathrooms... you can't really do anything or move in the rooms.
it's very conveniently located close to Campo Pequeno metro station. there is a petrol station right across from the hotel open 24h where we could get ice to cool the champagne as well as other last minute necessities. there is a rather decent sushi bar about 3 minutes from the hotel. the area is quiet and safe.
Not sure why its referred to as VIP, nice to stay if on a tight budget, but the beds will leave your back sore after a day or two if you can sleep all night.
Apart from the points mentioned above, I found the location ideal for my requirements whilst in Lisbon. I have also used the hotel on previous occasions.
It is not really a dislike, but would like to see tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms
Location, stuff,hotel is clean
It is cold, the triple room was actually for two small people
Staff were very accomadating, letting us in our room early and having a place to leave our bags so we could enjoy out last day in Lisboa un encombered.
We have stayed at the hotel for just one day, waiting for our next morning flight and this was our lucky: the hotel is very hold and not well mantained. Rooms are dark, dusty and with a terrible view. When we first got in, we found our towels dirty and with old guests hair on them. It really was a bad experience and we really avoid to suggest this place to anybody.
Air Conditioning, cleanliness, close to the metro and supermarket and cafes are close by.
closeness from transportation, the arena, the airport. clean and handy, hotel staff advices on what to do.
Easy to get to the train stations to travel around. Room very comfortable but lacked a shelf in the bathroom for toiletries.
hotel is 5 minutes walk from bus and metro station, very easy to reach to airport or downtown. the staff is quite helpful and the rooms are roomy.
there was no carpet in the floor and no slippers, it is a bit uncomfortable. besides, bed was a bit old and noisy.
